The Art’PAIR group
A German, Ulrich Sekinger from Grötzingen near Karlsruhe, founded the artists’ association, the Art’PAIR movement. Today, the members come mainly from France. In addition to exhibitions in the Paris area, they aim to hold an international show of their works every year: in 2023 in Legnica, Poland, and this year in Wolnzach. Some have exhibited in Wolnzach before, as “heirs of Dali” under the leadership of Roger Erasmy. After the new mayor Le Mont Dores canceled the annual “Safadore” exhibition, many of Dali’s heirs joined the Art’PAIR movement. They were among the best representatives of surrealism in Europe, but realists also joined Art’PAIR. Painting at its best. 22 members of Art’PAIR are now exhibiting in Wolnzach. A challenge for the hanging. Angerer the Elder is showing his work “Twisted World” as a guest. A deceased member, Jean-Marie Gasteuil, is to be commemorated in Wolnzach, and his widow is traveling to Wolnzach for the occasion. Bruno Altmayer, once artistic director of “Safadore” after Erasmy’s death, now heads Art’PAIR and is organizing the exhibition in Wolnzach.
