The German Hop Museum provides function rooms of a very special kind. You can rent function rooms in the German Hop Museum for your conferences, receptions, seminars, festivities and similar events during or outside the ordinary opening hours. Guided tours through the museum may be offered as supporting program for your event. Parking lots are available in sufficient number (underground parking).
Conference rooms
The big function room offers space for up to 200 persons (seating only) respectively 140 persons (seating with tables). It is the perfect location for conferences, symposia or evening receptions. The room is adjacent to the large roofed main entrance as well as to the foyer. On warm summer days or evenings this is a wonderful location for opening events, stand-up receptions or festive evening events. A mobile partition allows the room to be opened or closed to the foyer. The room is equipped with beamer, overhead projector and screen as well as lectern with mobile microphone, flip charts and pin boards. A spacious kitchen is connected to the room where you can, for example, prepare your dinner menus.
The museum forecourt is particularly attractive.Completely covered, it not only offers ideal opportunities for celebrations, receptions, get-togethers, not only in the warm season… Even if the weather doesn’t play along, you and your guests will always stay dry. Caterers and gardeners from the region will help you with your individual design. The forecourt offers enough space for up to 300 guests.
There is also the possibility to book the entire museum for very special events. On warm days this is especially attractive in combination with the large roofed square in front of the museum. In the museum there is space for approximately 400 persons. More details upon request.
